Welcome to Alaris. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at alarismail.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Alaris Tools, Inc. ("Alaris," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By joining our waitlist or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive communications from Alaris at the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any Alaris product or service, nor does it constitute a contract for future services. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the launch of any product at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Alaris Tools, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Alaris name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Alaris Tools, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

If you submit any content to us (such as through a job application or email), you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third party's rights. You grant Alaris a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose for which it was submitted (e.g., evaluating a job application).

11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
