Our story

We started with a simple observation.

Real estate professionals manage millions of dollars in transactions through their email inbox. Every deal detail, every relationship, every deadline — it’s all there, buried in threads and attachments. But none of it makes it into the tools they’re supposed to use.

CRMs sit empty because nobody has time to fill them out. Spreadsheets go stale the moment they’re created. Critical deadlines get missed because they’re trapped in an email from three weeks ago. The industry’s most valuable data is locked inside the most basic tool on every computer.

We asked a different question: what if instead of forcing people to enter data into software, the software could extract it from what they’re already doing? What if your email wasn’t just a communication tool — but the most accurate, most complete system of record you’ve ever had?

Founder & CEO

Allie is a physicist turned entrepreneur who builds companies at the intersection of AI and industry. At 24, she co-founded Rebellion Photonics, which created the world’s first real-time gas cloud imaging system for the oil and gas industry. She raised over $14M in venture capital and $8M in government grants, grew the company to the Inc. 500 list, and sold it to Honeywell in 2019.

Before founding Alaris, Allie taught Generative AI Strategy at Rice University’s business school and served on the boards of multiple AI companies. She holds a BS in Applied Physics from the University of Colorado, an MSc in Nanotechnology from the University of Leeds, and an MBA from Rice University.

She started Alaris because she saw the same problem she solved at Rebellion: valuable data trapped in the wrong format. At Rebellion, it was invisible gas leaks. At Alaris, it’s the deals hiding in your inbox.
