What you'll do
- Build and ship product features across the full stack — React frontend, Node backend, cloud infrastructure
- Design and implement AI-powered contact categorization and ambient data extraction pipelines
- Work directly with beta customers (CRE brokers) to understand their workflow and iterate rapidly
- Own entire feature areas from design through deployment
- Use Claude Code as a daily engineering tool for pair programming, testing, and code generation
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development
- Experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, etc.) in production
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with ambiguity
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)
- Bonus: familiarity with commercial real estate or fintech workflows

What you'll do
- Build and refine the AI extraction pipeline that turns raw email threads into structured CRM data
- Design prompt chains and evaluation frameworks that ensure extraction accuracy at scale
- Develop the contact categorization system (classifying email contacts as Buyers, Sellers, Leads, etc.)
- Build lead scoring and warmth ranking models from email interaction patterns
- Optimize for cost, latency, and accuracy across thousands of daily email extractions
What we're looking for
- 2+ years working with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG architectures)
- Strong Python skills and experience with NLP / information extraction
- Experience building evaluation pipelines for AI systems
- Ability to reason about accuracy/cost/latency tradeoffs at scale
- Bonus: experience with email parsing, document understanding, or real estate domain knowledge

What you'll do
- Own go-to-market strategy: positioning, pricing, packaging, and channel development for CRE and residential markets
- Manage beta customer relationships — onboard new brokers, gather feedback, drive retention and expansion
- Build the operational infrastructure of the company: hiring processes, financial planning, legal, vendor management
- Support fundraising efforts: investor relations, pitch deck preparation, data rooms, financial modeling
- Hire and manage the first non-engineering team members (customer success, sales, marketing)
- Develop partnerships across the CRE ecosystem (title companies, brokerages, lenders)
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of operating experience at a startup or high-growth company (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Experience in real estate, PropTech, or an adjacent industry is a strong plus
- Track record of building processes and teams from scratch
- Comfort with ambiguity — you'll define your own role as the company grows
- Strong financial literacy: budgets, forecasting, unit economics, fundraising mechanics
- Exceptional communication skills — you'll talk to customers, investors, and candidates every day
- Bonus: existing relationships in the CRE brokerage world
